We hired Shavano Soundz for our wedding in Salida, CO. Don and Jay were awesome!! The planning process was easy, Don was super friendly and easy to communicate with, and the DJ services at the wedding itself were incredible. We loved the fact that Don has both a battery powered setup as well as his full lights & corded setup, which made it easy to transition from the ceremony site (outdoors, and away from outlets) to cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing! Our guests stayed on the dance floor all night, and Don & Jay did an awesome job taking from our preferred song list and also mixing in some crowd-pleasers to keep the party going. HUGE thank you and HIGHLY recommend!

Don was the best! He had open communication throughout the entire wedding planning process and was eager and quick to answer any questions we had! We truly believe he helped make our wedding such a success! The dance floor was full all night thanks to his help! We have had so many people comment post wedding on how good the DJ was! He was interactive with guests and provided us with great ideas for the reception that we wouldn’t have ever thought of! If you’re looking to get married in Colorado we definitely recommend him!

Don did an amazing job DJing our wedding! He was so fun and made it memorable. So many of our guests loved getting to sing along to an impromptu CU fight song Don executed so well! His set up was amazing and he moved smoothly from ceremony, cocktail hour, reception (including speeches) and into dancing. Our guests are still talking about our dance party! I would 110% recommend Don!

Don is an amazing DJ and event coordinator who really was the glue for our wedding event. Don was easy to book, setup multiple pre-event meetings to discuss details, and even had a fantastic portal for timing and song requests. The whole process was way less stressful than expected...which is kudos to Don's expertise. Don went above and beyond our high expectations for our wedding event. I would highly recommend working with Don who has seen it all in his multiple decades of work and it showed with his calm demeanor and attention to details.
